Title:Director of Nursing - DON
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long Term Care
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p, occasional weekend on call
Pay: Pay starting at $98,500, plus full benefits

The Director of Nursing responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
-- Overall leadership, management, and operation of nursing services within Long Term Care
--Provide strategic leadership for nursing staff and works collaboratively with facility leadership to enhance resident outcomes and operational excellence
-- Collaborate with facility leadership to identify needs, address operational challenges, and implement new programs -- Support resident-centered care through oversight of clinical practices, including wound care, restorative nursing, incontinence management, and restraint reduction initiatives


Requirements:
-- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
-- MO RN License
-- 3 to 5 years of nursing management experience in a direct patient care environment
