Pay: $180-200k based on experience

The Director of Employee Health will be responsible for the following duties:
- Counsel and discipline staff in matters pertaining to department/hospital policy and procedure, patient care, performance, problem solving and decision-making; documents all interventions
- Assess the learning needs of all hospital staff providing them with the appropriate orientation and ongoing education related to Employee Health including wellness promotion activities, and health teaching via written and verbal communication
- Responsible for Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities related to assigned areas. Provides expertise and utilizes performance improvement tools to identify indicators and improve care and practice related to areas of responsibility

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current licensure as a NY RN required
- NP with a Master’s degree by the New York State Board of Nursing (highly preferred)
- 5 years of Medical/Surgical experience. Prior occupational health experience preferred
- Current COHN-S certification
