Mobile Director of Nursing (DON) | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Harrisburg, Scranton & Pittsburgh, PA

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Mobile Directors of Nursing (DONs) to provide nursing leadership and operational support across assigned skilled nursing communities. This position oversees nursing departments and may step into additional leadership roles based on the needs of each community.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, supervision, and management of nursing departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations
• Oversee nursing operations, quality initiatives, staffing, and resident care
• Exercise independent judgment and make operational decisions
• Lead and support nursing staff and department leaders
• Step into roles such as Assistant Director of Nursing, Unit Manager, or Nursing Supervisor when needed

Qualifications
• Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the states where assigned
• Minimum 2 years of recent Director of Nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical decision-making skills

Schedule & Travel
Schedule varies based on assigned community needs. This role requires frequent travel between facilities within the assigned region. Candidates must be comfortable providing leadership support where and when needed. The position may function as a working manager depending on facility requirements.
