Pay:> $23.97-37.16/hourly
Schedule: PRN, Overnight M-F or weekend shifts

Description - You’ll provide mobile mental health crisis and outreach services throughout Kansas City. The role focuses on crisis intervention, resolving emergencies, reducing hospitalizations, and diverting individuals from the justice system while providing compassionate, timely support.
- Work a minimum of three shifts per month (overnight M-F or weekend shifts available)
- Work a minimum of two shifts per calendar year from each Holiday Category
- Category 1: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Fri. after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
- Category 2: MLK JR Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day
- Attend a one new hire orientation at University Health as well as Swope's orientation. You will be paid for your time
Education/ Qualifications Requirements:
- MSW or Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
- One year experience in the Behavioral Health field
or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- Three years’ experience in the Behavioral Health field
- License eligible in Missouri preferred. A strong desire to provide intensive crisis intervention services to the community, be well versed in suicide and safety assessments, and be willing to strongly advocate for the best interests of the clients we serve
- Crisis experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license required
