A busy pediatric Dental group located in Kansas City, MO is currently seeking a Dental Assistant to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Title: Dental Assistant
Job Type: Permanent - Direct Hire
Setting:Dental Office / Pediatrics
Location: Kansas City, MO (Near Worlds of Fun)
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM
Pay: : based on experience plus full benefits and superior PTO!

This Dental Assistant for a growing pediatric dental facility. Duties to include but may not be limited to:

- Dental assisting
- Equipment used: autoclave, processor, suction, statim, model trimmer, x-ray, amalgamaor, ultrasonic, O2 and N20
- Properly take, label, copy, file, scan x-rays into computer
- Legally chart the patient’s treatment, conversations, and special notes
- Perform instrument sterilization and infection control in the office
- Perform post operative patient care
- Assist doctor during diagnosis and treatment
- Perform clerical duties as needed to include: return voice messages, schedule appointments, registration, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent Dental Assistant, Hygiene Assistant or Medical Assistant experience a plus
- Will consider a new graduate Dental Assistant!
- Must be comfortable with children
- High school graduate
