Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Adult Psychiatry | Full-Time | Evanston, IL | Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support daily operations in an adult psychiatric unit. The coordinator will serve as a clinical resource, coordinate staffing and patient assignments, support admissions and discharges, and promote safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Highlights
• Pay: $45.21–$70.08 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000

Schedule
• Shifts: Day Shift- 7:00 AM–3:30 PM & Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Rotating day and evening shifts, Monday–Friday and no weekends required

Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and patient assignments
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
• Monitor patient conditions and facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Delegate duties and support staff orientation and development
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of staff nursing experience
• Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required
• Specialty board certification required within 2 years of promotion
