Title: Surgical Technologist
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Inpatient – Operating Room – Orthopedic / Spine
Location: Carmel, IN
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift, (3) 12-hour shifts, schedule varies (Fridays required)
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hour based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package!

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform scrub duties and assist the surgical team during orthopedic and spine procedures
• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique throughout surgical cases
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and surgical counts with the RN Circulator
• Support inventory management and Operating Room turnover
• Assist with Sterile Processing and Decontamination duties as needed
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program and certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience in an inpatient hospital setting required
• Orthopedic and/or Spine experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
