Title:Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: PACE Center
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm
Pay:$16.7092-$24.0692 based on experience

The CNA will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Provides quality care to participants, under the supervision of the Supervisor of the Day Center and nurses in accordance with PACE KC policies and procedures
- This position may require you to provide care at participant's residence as needed
- Takes vital signs of participants, escorts participants to exam rooms, and prepares participants to be seen in the clinic.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team model, interfacing and collaborating with a wide range of clinical and social services disciplines who work together to manage the PACE participants' care
