Pay:> $18.00-29.36/hourly
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8AM-5:00PM

The Pediatric Support Specialist description:
- As a Pediatric Support Specialist, you will support children and families by providing direct services and connecting them with resources to address social, emotional, and health-related challenges. You will play an important role in helping pediatric clients remain healthy and supported in their community.
The Pediatric Support Specialist responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Connects clients and families with essential community resources and services.
- Provides support with housing, food, healthcare, and other basic needs.
- Advocates for clients and strengthens family and community support systems.
- Screens for Social Drivers of Health and provides referrals.
- Completes required documentation and meets productivity standards.

Education/ Qualifications Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; LMSW or LCSW preferred.
-Strong communication, rapport-building, and crisis prevention skills.
- Knowledge of diverse populations and community resources
- Ability to assess client functioning, write clearly, and maintain a flexible schedule with reliable transportation
