Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8AM-5:00PM

Description - Seeking a passionate and mission-driven Qualified Mental Health (QMHP) to provide high-quality support and services to our residents within the residential facilities. The QMHP directs clinical services for all residents focusing on the unique needs and goals of our residents. If you have a passion for community-based care, join today.
Primary Duties - Assess residents and coordinate individualized treatment and recovery plans
- Monitor progress, community adjustment, and quality of care
- Train and supervise residential and peer support staff
- Maintain clinical, billing, and compliance documentation
- Conduct quality assurance and residential program checks
- Support residents with daily living, independence, and community integration
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and community providers
Education/ Qualifications Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, or related field; Missouri clinical license preferred
- Qualified mental health professional with 2+ years of mental health experience, including 1+ year with seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals
- Ability to manage complex issues, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities professionally
- Strong leadership, communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
