Title: Certified Athletic Trainer
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital
Location: Gibson City, IL
Schedule: Full-time, between the hours of 9:30am-7pm (some evenings and weekends depending on the season)
Pay: $55,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, plus a full benefits package

The Athletic Trainer responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Act as a community liaison between area schools and athletic organizations to oversee the growth, development, and coordination of the athletic training program
- Evaluate and provide care to sports medicine patients with dysfunction in any of the following systems: musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary
- Provide preventive care, emergency care, and treatment of those individuals participating in the sporting events being covered
- Promote athletic training services to health care providers and community members

Requirements:
- Current Illinois state licensure as an Athletic Trainer (will accept license pending)
- CPR certification required
- ATC credential required and to be maintained throughout employment
