Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay:> $37.71 to $43.13 hourly wage based on experience and education
Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours (M-F, 8 - 5)

The Assistant Director of Nursing/b> responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Admission of New Residents - Administer TB skin test on admission and annually or as needed - Complete all QA for MARS, TARS, ADL’s, review all incident reports and complete investigations on incidents (falls, medication errors, etc.) - Pharmacy Change Over and Medication Cart Audits - Chart Auditing - Must know the rules and regulations of LTC
Minimum Requirements:
1 year of experience in acute care setting and Pharmacy licensure Qualifications:
- Requires current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas and maintain current CPR certification. - Must have at least 2 years experience with aging services.
