Minimum eligibility
Specific eligibility varies, however, all employees must be actively employed by and in good standing with Favorite Healthcare Staffing before being considered. There is a limit of one (1) award per eligible employee (i) during the 2025 Employee Recognition Program and (ii) within twelve (12) months of any recognition award in 2024.
How to be considered
As a healthcare professional employed by Favorite, you can be considered to win a pair of Jaanuu scrubs in one of three ways on a monthly basis:
- Work at one of three (3) specific facilities chosen by Favorite
- Work per diem shifts in one of five (5) states chosen by Favorite
- Be nominated by a corporate Favorite employee for your excellence and meet other criteria outlined below. Favorite employees can nominate healthcare professionals at any time.

How to win
Each month Favorite will select up to three (3) specific facilities. Favorite will then select and award up to a combined total of seven (7) Favorite employee(s) of various specialties with most paid hours within the last twelve (12) months at the selected facilities.
Each month Favorite will also select five (5) states eligible for the program. Favorite will then select and award up to a combined total of five (5) Favorite employee(s) of various specialties with the most paid per diem hours in the last month.
If you’ve been nominated by a corporate Favorite employee, you may qualify by having completed one of the following:-
10 per diem shifts or more in the last 13 weeks;

350 contract hours or more in the last 13 weeks; or

A combination of 275 per diem and contract hours or more in the last 13 weeks

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE AN AWARD. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING AN AWARD. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
ELIGIBILITY: Favorite Healthcare Staffing’s 2025 Recognition Program (the “Program”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, and employed (and in good employment standing) with Favorite Healthcare Staffing at the time of participation. Void where prohibited. Corporate and branch office staff employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Favorite Healthcare Staffing, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“Favorite”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Favorite, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Program. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
PROGRAM PERIOD: The Program will begin on January 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CST”) and end on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Program Period”). The Program Period will be divided into twelve (12) Monthly Award Periods, each corresponding to a calendar month during the Program Period (each, a “Monthly Award Period”).
AWARDS: Each award recipient will receive a pair of branded Jaanuu scrubs. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each pair: $104.
Awards are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Favorite. Award recipients may not substitute, assign or transfer award, or redeem award for cash, but Favorite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute award (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Award recipients are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with award acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All award details are at Favorite’s sole discretion. Limit of one (1) award per eligible employee (i) during the 2025 Employee Recognition Program and (ii) within twelve (12) months of any recognition award in 2024.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS: During the Program Period, there are three (3) ways to be eligible for an award, which will change each month during the Program Period as set forth below:
1. Specific Facilities – Each Monthly Award Period, Favorite will select up to three (3) specific client facilities and award the Favorite employees of various specialties that have worked the highest number of paid hours within the last twelve (12) months at the selected facilities. The exact number of facilities chosen and number of awards per facility will be determined by Favorite based on facility size (volume of active Favorite staff), but in no event will the combined individual awards in a given Monthly Award Period exceed seven (7) under this category.
2. Per Diem Work by State – Each Monthly Award Period, Favorite will select five (5) states and award up to a combined total of five (5) Favorite employees with the highest number of paid per diem hours worked in the chosen states the prior calendar month. It is possible that all five (5) individuals may come from a single state, subject to volume of per diem hours worked across all of the selected states. “Per diem” means work booked by shift and excludes contract assignments (including travel assignments).3. Favorite Nomination – Each calendar month, Favorite will review nominations by corporate Favorite staff. In order to be selected after a nomination, you must have worked (i) at least 10 per diem shifts or more in the last 13 weeks; or (ii) 350 contract hours or more in the last 13 weeks; or (iii) a combination of 275 per diem and contract hours or more in the last 13 weeks. The exact quantity of awards each Monthly Award Period will be subject to the number of nominations and satisfaction of requirements above, and will be determined by Favorite, in Favorite’s sole discretion.
AWARD RECIPIENT NOTIFICATION: Potential award recipients will be notified by phone, mail, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, an award or award notification is returned as undeliverable, Favorite is unable to contact a potential award recipient, or a potential award recipient is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the award will be forfeited and, at Favorite’s discretion, an alternate award recipient selected.
PRIVACY POLICY: Favorite shall use and take care of any personal information you supply as described in their privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here: Favorite privacy policy in accordance with data protection legislation. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your participation in the Program.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, or illegible entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, errors, or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the announcement of the awards or in any Program-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Program or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Program or website or who are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, as solely determined by Favorite, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be voided. Should any portion of the Program be, in Favorite’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Favorite, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, proper play, or submission of entries, Favorite reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program and, if terminated, at its discretion, determine the potential award recipients for the Monthly Award Period(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Favorite. Entrants, by participating, agree that Favorite, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any award or participation in this Program. Award recipients, by acceptance of an award, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Favorite and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness, and award information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FAVORITE WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Program, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program, or any awards awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Program), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of participant and Favorite in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Kansas, USA.
