Why was this program
created?
Just as our hard-working employees need variety and
flexibility in their work assignments to balance busy
lives, we know to thank them with a rewards program
capable of meeting their individual needs -- not "one
size fits all." So, whether you work just a few hours
now and then, or you're a full time employee of Favorite,
we hope you'll find that our program includes a great

How many points do I get per
hour?
You earn points based on the number of hours you work.

How are the points calculated?
Points are awarded on hours paid each payday. Points are posted to your Rewards
account each Friday, consistent with posting of payroll information.

I worked an 8
hour orientation shift, but I never received any points for it. Why not?
For the purposes of this program, cancel pay, on-call and orientation hours do
not qualify as hours worked and will not accumulate points.

How do I track my
points?
The system is automated to track your points for you.
Your current point balance appears on your paycheck
stub and online through payroll look-up. You can also
sign in at the Rewards site
to view your current point balance.

What do I do if my
points are incorrect?
Hopefully that will never happen! If ever you have
any questions about your point balance, call your branch
office right away. They can show you how to research
your information online. Or, if your question needs
the assistance of our payroll department, they will
contact the right person for you.

Do my points expire?
Points will expire and can not be redeemed if the
employee has a break in service of 120 days or has been
terminated for cause. So stay active and always send
in your time sheets right away. Also, should the program
be terminated by Favorite, your points will expire 90
days after notice of the program's end.

Can I give my points
to a friend?
No. Points have no monetary value and can not be transferred.

How often can I redeem
my points?
As often as your point balance qualifies for a selection.

If I have 1,200
points, can I buy two items from the 600 point category?
Yes. You can use your points to buy one or more items from any category as long
as you have sufficient points.

Can I pay extra for
a higher level item?
No. This program is meant to reward you for hours
worked. Favorite wants to give these items
to you, not sell them to you!

Can I have
my order sent to a different address?
Yes. You have the option to indicate a special shipping
address for your selected gift. If this means your permanent
mailing address has changed, be sure to also update
that information in your profile while you're signed
in.

How long do I have to
wait to receive my selection?
You should receive your item within two to four weeks
of placing your order. However, during the holiday season,
it can take as many as six to eight weeks.

status of or track my order?
If you have not received your item within four weeks
of placing your order, you may call our corporate office
at 1-800-676-3456, extension 349 to check on the status.
