Please Note: The Favorite Rewards Program will be discontinued effective July 3rd, 2009.

• Points will be awarded for hours worked through July 3rd, 2009.
• You will have until September 30th to redeem your points through the website.
• Redeem points for gifts through September 30th, 2009 using the "Rewards" tab after signing in to the employee site.
• The order system is completely online and automated! No record-keeping required!
• Check your paycheck stub using "online lookup" to verify your available points.

Here's how it works:

• You earn points for each hour you work at Favorite, which can be redeemed for prizes, merchandise and gifts at the Favorite Rewards website.
• Each week, based on your hours worked, points are posted to your personal Rewards account and are noted on your paycheck stub and online payroll lookup. The number of points you earn per hour is dependent upon your classification. 

• You earn points based on the number of hours you work.

• Cancel pay, on-call and orientation hours do not count as hours worked for the purposes of this program.
• It is completely automated! There is no record-keeping, such as tracking of your hours, saving paycheck stubs, or filling out forms. You'll just go to the Favorite Rewards website and select the gift you want, based on your available points.
• The more you work, the more points you earn! Browse the Rewards categories to choose your goal gift. Let your branch office know what you're working toward and they can help you get the hours you need!
• Redeem your points as soon as you reach the first award level or save your points to select a more valuable gift from a higher level! 
• To maintain an active point balance, you must be in good standing with Favorite, work and be paid for qualifying hours without a break of more than 120 days. Otherwise, points will expire and can not be redeemed.

• Pay received for on-call, orientation or cancellations will not accumulate points under this program.
• To maintain an active point balance, all employees must work and be paid for qualifying hours without a break of more than 120 days. Points will expire and can not be redeemed if the employee has a break in service of 120 days or has been terminated for cause.
• Points have no monetary value and can only be redeemed for merchandise through the Favorite Rewards program.
• Favorite reserves the right to modify or eliminate this program at any time, including the right to modify redemption levels and/or the merchandise offered at each level. Merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may occur.
• Redemptions will be treated as taxable compensation on the employee's W-2 in accordance with IRS rules. Employees are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• Corporate and Branch employees are not eligible for this program.
• All of an employee's accumulated points expire and cannot be redeemed after 90 days following announcement at the Favorite website that the Rewards Program will end.
