BIG
Rewards!

Save
your points and earn BIG rewards in the Favorite Rewards Program!
There's
more than scrubs and iPods in the Favorite Rewards program.
You can use your points for large items like a new refrigerator
or washer. So if your old appliance is on the fritz, save
up your Rewards points (earned while you work!) and upgrade!
For our larger items, you can even pick out the specific brand
you're looking for (of equal value) in a store near you!
Pam
Orr, an RN working for our Fairview Heights, IL branch, had
been saving her points since the program's inception in November
of 2003. Her first redemption was for a side-by-side refrigerator,
and she selected a Maytag with her desired features from a
local retailer.
Another
nurse, Liz Weston, was so excited about her recent points
purchase that she wrote to us:
"Just
a note to let you know how much I am enjoying my new washing
machine. I had a very old washing machine that I bought used
a number of years ago and even though it worked fine I've
been wanting a nice new one with all the current bells and
whistles that are now available. So after saving my reward
points for about a year and a half I went to Sears and used
them! I even decided to buy myself a new dryer to match my
new washer. Thanks so much for your help with the transaction
and for allowing me to use the dollar amount toward any model
I wanted instead of having to stick with the model listed
on the web page. I really appreciate the Favorite Rewards
program and all the nice, helpful people at Favorite!"
Be
sure to check in at the Favorite
Rewards site to see how many points you've earned so far.
Happy shopping!

expanded to impact 6 more applicable programs (Ambulatory,
LTC, Behavioral Health, Hospital, Critical Access Hospital,

Enjoy
this month's stories about our incredible employees!
This
monthly column features extraordinary people. Please send

Rebecca
Jackson, RN, Honored by Local Hospital
Rebecca, an RN from Balitmore, received a champagne basket
from a local hospital for being one of their best agency nurses
ever! Congratulations, Rebecca!
Teresa
Serrano, CNA, Commended by VP of Facility
The VP of a local facility in Springfield, MA recently wrote
to us to commend Teresa's professionalism. She states, "I
write this letter with great pleasure because it gives me
an opportunity to issue a compliment to an exemplary employee
of Favorite. Teresa Serrano has worked our 10pm to 6am shift
a number of times. We have found her to be a most responsible
and caring individual. During a recent resident emergency,
Teresa remained calm and handled the situation most appropriately.
Other of our employees, unaware that I had planned to write
this letter complimenting her handling of the emergency, have
taken the time to leave me messages with many wonderful comments
about Teresa. Those comments included her initiative and ability
to see what needs doing and then doing it without waiting
to be told." Way to go, Teresa!
