Personnel Spotlight: Mary Young, RN

Mary is a Registered Nurse working for the Favorite Staffing branch in Albany, New York.

Mary Young has been a loyal employee of Favorite Staffing since February 2002. Amy Harlow, the Branch Director states, "She truly is 'Super Nurse.' She is one of the most requested nurses by all of our facilities. We are frequently asked if we can clone her!"

In fact, Mary was recently recognized by a local hospital for the facility's "Catch a Shining Star" program. The person nominating Mary expressed that she was "very informative and patient" and the facility noted that Mary's work contributes "in a significant way to our effort to exceed the expectations fo our customers."

Mary has two children; Shawn (33) manages an apartment complex and Michele (29) is a department head for a large hotel chain. She also has a 4 year-old grandson. Mary is a Christian and is very involved in volunteer work with her church. She is also involved with the Lebanon Valley Protective Association where she is an EMS captain, ambulance driver, infection control officer and educator. In her spare time, Mary enjoys knitting, crocheting & reading.
