Favorite Nurses Matches a Portion of 401(k) Contributions

We've added a little extra to your retirement plan!

Favorite Staffing Matches a Portion of 401(k) ContributionsWe are pleased to announce that the company has again matched a portion of its employees' 401(k) retirement plan contributions for 2004. If you elected to defer part of your pay to the Favorite Nurses 401(k) plan, you may receive a little "cushion" in your account!

Eligible plan participants (employees who completed 1,000 or more hours of service in 2004) will see this deposit on their next statement from CPI, due out in mid April 2005. Matching contributions become available to provide benefits to plan participants based on employees' years of service under the plan's vesting schedule. Matching contributions are made strictly at the discretion of the company and are not guaranteed; nevertheless, Favorite Staffing has matched qualifying employee contributions every year since 1991.

If you are not taking advantage of this benefit, check with your branch for open enrollment information beginning March 7th. You may also read more about the plan and download forms from our website.

If you are already enrolled, you may make changes to your existing plan during the open period. New enrollments and changes received by March 25, 2005 will become effective on the first pay period in April 2005.

Corporate Jobs with Favorite Staffing

Would you like to use your skills in a non-clinical setting?

Did you know that many of Favorite Staffing' branch offices are managed by Registered Nurses? We look for RNs who have backgrounds in sales and marketing, management, recruitment, as well as clinical nursing. We also employ non-nurse Directors who are degreed with similar marketing and management experience.

Although we have an existing employee and client base in each branch office location, our Branch Directors are goal-driven to grow the business, opening more doors for our healthcare professionals. We look for an aggressive, hands-on Director who knows our local clients and their needs.

Perhaps you'd rather work directly with our healthcare professionals, helping to hire and staff them at local facilities. Our Staffing Coordinators work in branch offices throughout the country, staffing employees on temporary assignments and providing clients with superior customer service to meet their temporary staffing needs. Candidates for this position would posess customer service or human resources experience and a desire to "keep nurses in nursing!"

Would you like to use your nursing skills in a non-clinical setting?Current openings are posted on our website under Jobs >> Corporate Jobs. If you have an interest, but don't see your desired location listed, check back with us from time to time.

If you or someone you know has the experience we are looking for and would like to learn more about a position listed on our website, please send a resume to jobs@favoritestaffing.com referencing your location of interest. If you prefer to speak with someone immediately about a specific open position, call Teri in Human Resources at 1-800-676-3456.
