Update Your Address Before W-2s are Mailed

Tax season is gearing up, and you'll want to be sure we have your correct address so you receive your W-2!

Update Your Address Before W-2s Are MailedAs January rolls into February, many will begin thinking about filing their taxes. Long before the April 15th deadline, we here at Favorite are thinking about taxes, too. By the end of January, we will send W-2s to all employees who worked during 2004. The W-2 is your earnings statement, and you'll need it to file your federal, state and local income taxes.

We'll send your W-2 to the address we have on file for you, so it's worth your time to check its accuracy. All you have to do is log in at the Favorite Nurses website and click on Edit Profile. If the address you see is in need of updating, just enter your new address and click Save. If you have any trouble logging in to your account, give us a call at 1-866-535-1405.

Keep Your Tires Properly Inflated

Tire pressure is especially important during the winter.

During winter months, traction is often at a minimum due to wet or snowy conditions. It is critical to have properly inflated tires, as this guarantees the best possible contact between the tire and the road. A properly inflated tire will also help protect against wheel damage that might occur as the vehicle is driven over potholes.

With the right amount of air pressure, your tires wear longer, save fuel and help prevent accidents. The "right amount" of air is the pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Check the owner's manual or consult with the vehicle manufacturer, tire manufacturer or your local tire dealer for the proper inflation. In addition to possible damage to your car, serious injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading.
