Favorite Staffing is proud to offer Starbridge; a family of health insurance benefit programs specifically designed for part-time and hourly employees. The premiums are very reasonable and some plans allow an employee to become insured for less than one hour’s pay per week!
Starbridge is a collection of limited medical, dental, and supplemental insurance plans. You choose coverage from three levels of benefits depending on your specific needs and amount of premiums you would like to pay. Coverage is available for you and your family members. A supplemental package of dental, vision, and life benefits is also available.
While Starbridge is not major medical insurance, coverage is designed to be easily accessible to help with common, everyday medical or dental expenses. It is an excellent benefits choice for individuals who do not have or cannot afford more costly insurance options.
Starbridge is a fully insured plan underwritten by the Mega Life and Health Insurance Company, a UICI Company (effective March, 2002).
You may enroll in the Starbridge program upon hire or during one of the semiannual open enrollment period. Some employees may also qualify for a special enrollment under certain conditions.
